Classes

Our classes are total body and consist of a detailed warm-up to alleviate pain and prevent injury, a strength portion to build muscle and bone density, and a metabolic conditioning block to improve heart health.

Classes are 45-50 minutes and are kept to a maximum of 8 people to ensure each person is coached as an individual. See below for a sample workout:

Warm-up:

  • 5 minute light cardio
  • 3 minute dynamic stretch
  • 3 minute potentiation

Block 1: 15 minutes

  • A1. Squat Variation 5×5
  • A2. Hip Mobility Drill 5×10
  • Remaining Time:
  • B1. DB Overhead Press x10
  • B2. Lat Pulldown x10
  • B3. Plank x30 seconds

Block 2: 15 minutes

  • A1. Row 1,000 meters
  • Remaining Time:
  • B1. Squat Jack x20
  • Push-up w/ 5 second Eccentric x5
  • V-up x10

Cool Down: 5 minutes stretching and focused breathing
