Our classes are simple and effective. You will lift weights to get stronger, complete accessory exercises and movement drills to alleviate pain and prevent injury, and do multiple forms of conditioning – because lets face it, no matter how much we hate it, we all need it!
Classes last from 45-60 minutes and are kept to a maximum of 12 people to ensure each person is coached as an individual. See below for a sample workout:
Sample Class:
Warm-up: 5 minutes light cardio & dynamic stretching
A Block: 10 minutes
- A1. Back Squat up to a 5 rep max
- A2. Hip Mobility Drill
B Block: 10 minutes
- B1. Dumbbell Step-up x10 per side
- B2. Dumbbell Row x5 per side w/ 5 second isometric hold
- B3. Hanging Leg Raise x15
C Block #1: 5 minutes
- Fan Bike 30 seconds on, 30 second recovery – 5 Rounds
C Block #2: 5 minutes
- Sit-up x30 seconds
- Plank x30 seconds
Cool Down: 5 minutes stretching and box breathing
