Hello, my name is Ben Williams. I am a proud graduate of The Ohio State University, a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) and a Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS). In my 10 years in the fitness industry I have had the opportunity to work with athletes of all levels, as well as many people struggling with health and orthopedic issues. This wide-ranging experience helped me develop the systems we utilize here at Training Fuel. We specialize in 1 on 1 training and nutrition coaching, as well as strength and conditioning group workouts. Workouts are designed to master the basics and push your limits. The Training Fuel Difference

We truly take a 1:1 approach to our coaching. We begin with an intake to talk through your needs and health history, and then select a training plan that fits your budget and goals. Your first training session we go through our baseline testing protocol, and from there we design a training program and get to work. Whether you are in a personal training session or a group class, you will be coached as an individual. Rather than forming the client to the prescribed exercise, we form movement patterns to our clients, in efforts to progress you from where you are to where you need to go.
