
Hello, my name is Ben Williams. I am a proud graduate of The Ohio State University, a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) and a Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS). In my 10 years in the fitness industry I have had the opportunity to work with athletes of all levels, as well as many people struggling with health and orthopedic issues. This wide-ranging experience helped me develop the systems we utilize here at MAX Athletics. We specialize in personal training and nutrition, and also offer group classes. Workouts are designed to master the basics and push your limits. If you want results, this is the place for you.

The MAX Difference
MAX Athletics is a small group training facility centered around providing top-tier service to our clients. Our focus is not to bring large quantities of people through our doors, but rather to help in the development of high quality people. We primarily work with adults aged 40-65, and middle school to high school aged athletes. We pride ourselves on being able to meet clients where they currently are and build them to their full potential, while celebrating small victories along the way. There is no one that we can’t train.
