All training for the first 8 weeks is done in-person at 1:1 Training Fuel in Carroll, OH.
The program begins with an 8-week onboarding system followed by month to month training and nutrition coaching. All aspects of your individual training and nutrition needs are addressed throughout the program.
- We begin with a consultation so I am able to understand your health history, current barriers, goals, and everything in between.
- We will have weekly sessions the first 8 weeks to test and progress training qualities, as well as break down your current nutrition habits and educate you to maximize the way you fuel your body.
- After the first 8 weeks we will adjust the training and nutrition plan to your needs going forward.
- I encourage you to have a friend or family member join in on this process with you. Do your workouts together and teach them about your nutrition plan. This will help you stay committed and engaged in the process. Remember, these are lifelong habits, not just an 8-week challenge.
